Controlling Consultancy:
Colling's services cover two broad areas:

Based on the requirements of the client's management team or owners, Colling can develop a management information system together with a planning and controlling system. We advise management on which ratios and indices are capable of characterising the company's operation, and we also specify, for each management level, the deadline and the depth of the information provided and received. The system is then transferred and put into practice via the chart of accounts, the accounting policy and consequently administered through internal training.

Based on the requirements of the client's parent company, Colling can provide assistance in developing a subsidiary's chart of accounts and accounting policy. We can ensure that the subsidiary's bookkeeping complies with both the Hungarian regulations and the parent company's requirements. In addition, we can also assist with the selection of a proper integrated accounting application. However, if our accounting services are used in parallel with controlling consultancy, we can also operate the integrated system on a regular basis. |
