Accounting:
Within the framework of our accounting services, Colling Ltd. can perform the following tasks for its clients:

Doing onsite proxy performance of sub-ledger and general ledger accounting in accordance with prevailing regulations which are based on the accounting voucher and other relevant documents put at the dispoal of the Proxy by the Principal.

Preparing returns as required in the normal course of business by institutions such as APEH (Hungarian Tax and Financial Control Administration), the CSO (Central Statistical Office), local governments (local tax issues), and chambers of commerce.

Keeping records of budgetary relations and providing regular information on payment obligations.

APEH administration and representation of the Principal in connection with the revision and adjustment of returns.

Preparing monthly reports including the monthly trial balance, profit and loss statement.

Preparing unique management reports as requested in either Hungarian or English, in either HAS, GAAP or IFRS standards, by the deadline stipulated by the Principal.

Printing any financial or accounting lists with English or German headers using our specialized accounting software applications.

Preparing individual or consolidated statements in accordance with local client or parent company requirements.

Performing regular accounting activities and preparing statements by cost centres or cost owners.

Sending bulletins directly to clients on the modification of laws and updates regarding changes in the local business environment relevant to accounting, such as tax regulations and legal issues.

Publicizing regular monthly bulletins in Hungarian or English on current or impending changes in law
